Benjamin John Kasprick passed away in the comfort of his home in Spring, Texas, surrounded by family, on October 13th 2018 at the age of 44. Cancer took away his healthy, loving, amazing life in just one short month of being diagnosed.

Ben is survived by his High School Sweetheart, Tanya, Wife of 21 years; Daughter Jayd Kasprick (TJ Simeon); Sons Ryland and Trystan Kasprick; Parents Mitch and Judy Kasprick; Brother Shane (Carmen) Kasprick, Niece Kaelyn Kasprick and Nephew Nicholas Kasprick; Grandparents Ben and Dorothy Kasprick; In-laws Glenn and Debbie Chanut, Shelley Chanut, Genelle Garagan (Steve, Gennae, Seamus and Siobhan) Todd Chanut (Joanne, Mikayla, Gabriel); Grandparents George and Doreen Cancade as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Ben was predeceased by Grandparents Delbert and Doris Ferris; Grandparents Larry and Doris O’Neill.

Ben always put his family first and, with his strong work ethic, strived to give them the best experiences and opportunities that life had to offer, moving his family from Calgary, Alberta, to Spring, Texas, 2 years ago. Ben always put his heart and soul into his work at Helical Pier Systems, where he worked for the past 10 years. Ben, being a carpenter by trade, was a leader, a mentor, and an inventor. He has a number of patents with his name on them.

Ben was a strong, selfless, kind, and caring man of many talents who had a great sense of humour. He had a way with words that helped him connect with people. He was highly respected and was a big influence in so many peoples’ lives.

An Open House Celebration of Ben’s Life will be held at 3:00 pm on Wednesday October 17th at his home where he loved to be - 10820 Colony Wood Place Spring, Texas 77380

A Canadian Open House Celebration of Ben’s Life will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, November 10th at Red Deer Lake Community Hall where Ben and Tanya had their Wedding Reception.
